
The vision of "The Lab" is to create an experiential community focused on aging well in the Anderson Valley. After an initial 1-on-1 consultation to figure out where you are and what your needs are, we will meet weekly as a small group in on Thursday mornings from 10am-11:30am to learn and practice in a cooperative setting. We'll integrate many voices and styles, responding to each participants' unique needs. Practices will include posture, yoga, and strength training as well as mindfulness practices and other simple lifestyle hacks to improve sleep, digestion, and mental health. Sophie Otis and I are semi-obsessively following the latest science to create an evolving, innovative program to help you feel your best.
A one-month commitment is required, and for this second series We will meet 4 times: the 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd.
