"The Lab" is an experiential community focused on aging well in the Anderson Valley. We will meet each week in March on Thursday mornings from 10am-11:30am to learn and practice in a cooperative setting. We'll integrate many voices and styles, responding to each participants' unique needs. Practices will include posture, yoga, and strength training as well as mindfulness practices and other simple lifestyle hacks to improve sleep, digestion, and mental health. Sophie Otis and I are semi-obsessively following the latest science to create an evolving, innovative program to help you feel your best.
$150 for 4 group classes and a 30-minute 1-on-1 pre-evaluation/meeting with Abeja to assess your needs and goals.
